This weekend is all about making a great start to the Navs year, refocussing on God after the holidays and getting excited about the possibilities for God to be at work at Canterbury Uni this year. Come and share your good ideas, your crazy ideas, any ideas! We want to have maximum impact for God and we want to commit this year to him. We need one another. We need to figure out ways to work together to do the things we are each good at. Everyone has a part to play.
Proverbs 16:3: Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.
Proverbs 15:22: Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.
1 Corinthians 12:27: Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.

We'll be meeting at Lynton's – 12 Bushby place at 9am on Saturday morning. We'll do a couple of sessions there and then head out for a picnic lunch at Spencer Park, which is a huge holiday/recreation area next to the beach, and stay the night there in a big old homestead. There'll be time to catch up after the summer, hang out on the beach, worship God, and plan an awesome 2010.
